CloudBees has acquired Launchable to integrate AI-augmented test intelligence into its DevSecOps platform and accelerate GenAI capabilities across the software delivery lifecycle. CloudBees has acquired ReleaseIQ to expand its DevSecOps and release orchestration capabilities by adding a SaaS-based, low-code release orchestration and visibility solution. CloudBees acquired Electric Cloud in April 2019 to combine Electric Cloud’s application release automation and deployment tooling with CloudBees’ continuous integration and delivery capabilities. The deal creates a single vendor offering for end-to-end CI/CD, continuous deployment and application release orchestration, expanding CloudBees’ Software Delivery Management (SDM) capabilities.
CloudBees has acquired Codeship, a SaaS continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) platform. The Codeship team will join CloudBees and the product will continue to be offered as a SaaS solution while expanding CloudBees’ CI/CD portfolio and capabilities.
