ColoHouse, a Miami-based retail colocation, cloud and managed services provider, acquired Steadfast, a Midwest cloud, bare metal and data center operator, adding three colocation sites including two in Chicago and one in Edison, New Jersey. The acquisition expands ColoHouse's geographic footprint and cloud/hosting capabilities as part of its continued roll-up and platform build-out.
ColoHouse, a global colocation, cloud and managed services provider based in Miami, has acquired Lume Cloud, a managed cloud services provider that offers private cloud, edge data center and hybrid infrastructure solutions including the Cloud Anyware suite.
