Carrick Capital Partners closed a single-asset continuation vehicle for identity security company Saviynt, committing $255 million of new capital (within roughly $600 million of total capital commitments). The structure gives existing limited partners the option to roll into the continuation vehicle or take liquidity via a tender offer for Saviynt employees, alongside ongoing Series B financing activity.
Bridge Growth Partners has closed a US$790 million continuation vehicle in a secondary transaction for Solace, its real-time data and agentic AI platform. The deal brings in new co-lead investors (including Apogem Capital, Golub Capital, HSBC Asset Management, and Schroders Capital) and allows existing investors—such as Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP)—to roll equity into the new vehicle, while Bridge Growth retains a reduced but significant stake.
Churches Fire, a Horizon Capital-backed fire safety and security compliance provider, completed a £75 million refinancing led by HSBC UK Bank with participation from HSBC Asset Management, NorthLeaf Capital and Siemens Bank to fund future acquisitive growth. The deal accompanies the completion of two further add‑on acquisitions (Detect Fire & Security Limited and Elite Fire Limited) as Churches Fire continues to roll up the UK fire safety and security market.
