Kerv, the LDC-backed cloud and digital transformation services provider, has acquired Gyrocom, a Surrey-based network and security integrator specialising in SD-WAN and SASE. The add-on expands Kerv's managed network and security capabilities and will see Gyrocom operate as Kerv's specialist networking and security division.
Kerv has acquired cloudThing, a UK-based digital transformation and bespoke software specialist, expanding Kerv’s cloud and digital capabilities and trebling its headcount to create a £35m revenue group.
