KK Wind Solutions has signed an agreement to acquire Nissens Cooling Solutions from common owner A.P. The deal expands KK Wind Solutions' manufacturing footprint and production capacity, secures exclusivity to supply converters and controls to Vestas, and includes transitional service agreements to ensure continuity during an 18–24 month integration period.
