Professional Services Add-on Acquisitions in 2026

SolomonEdwards has acquired CFO's Domain, a Los Angeles-based consulting and recruiting firm specializing in Office of the CFO advisory services. The deal expands SolomonEdwards' finance and accounting consulting capabilities, strengthens its West Coast presence, and brings CFO's Domain's co-founders into the SolomonEdwards leadership team.

Wealthspire’s Ground Control Business Management has acquired Nashville-based Wiles + Taylor & Co., a music-focused business management and tax consulting firm. The deal expands Ground Control’s U.S. footprint beyond California, adds specialized touring and royalty administration capabilities, and brings roughly 65 employees into the platform while Wiles + Taylor continues operating in Nashville.

The Stonewall Group, a national architecture platform firm, has acquired Wilmington, Delaware-based Architectural Alliance, Inc., adding the firm to its national architecture platform while allowing Architectural Alliance to continue operating under its existing brand and leadership. The deal establishes a Stonewall foothold in Delaware and expands the platform's capabilities across the Mid-Atlantic in areas including historic restoration, mixed-use, institutional, and residential architecture.

Province, a portfolio company of Trivest, has acquired StoneTurn, a global professional services firm specializing in disputes, investigations, and risk advisory, from MML Capital. The deal adds StoneTurn's investigative, compliance, and dispute capabilities to Province's restructuring and financial advisory services, creating an integrated, senior-led advisory platform across more than 300 professionals and 19 offices.

The Stonewall Group, a Lafayette, Louisiana–based platform for architecture firms, has acquired ADG Architecture, LLC, a Fort Myers, Florida–based architecture and interior design firm. The acquisition — which closed on October 31, 2025 — expands Stonewall's Southeast footprint; ADG founders Bob Taylor and Clarisa Parodi will remain involved with Taylor continuing to lead the Fort Myers studio.

LaunchPad Home Group, supported by private equity firm RFE Investment Partners, has expanded into the Northeast through the acquisitions of RJ Home Inspections and Sherwood Inspection Services. The transactions establish a new Northeast division led by RJ owner Adam Wright and deepen LaunchPad's presence across Massachusetts and Connecticut as part of its national growth strategy.

SPS PoolCare, the largest U.S. swimming-pool services platform backed by Storr Group, has acquired AZ Veteran Pool Care, a pool maintenance and repair company serving the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. The deal expands SPS PoolCare's Arizona footprint (its 21st Arizona acquisition) and continues the firm's roll-up strategy in the Sun Belt.

SPS PoolCare, a Storr Group portfolio company, has acquired Pool Troopers from Shoreline Equity Partners in an add-on deal that strengthens SPS PoolCare’s national footprint. The combination expands SPS PoolCare’s reach to more than 42,000 weekly-recurring residential and commercial customers across 19 markets in five states; Shoreline remains a minority investor in the combined business.

Marksman Titan Security Group, backed by private equity firm Quad-C, has acquired Priebe Security Services, an Austin-based contract security provider. The transaction adds over 450 employees and expands Marksman's presence in Central Texas while enhancing its manned guarding, mobile patrol and technology-enabled security capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Cosegic has acquired FINTRAIL, a specialist financial crime consultancy, bringing FINTRAIL's team into Cosegic to expand the group's financial crime and regulatory risk capabilities across banking, payments, fintech and digital assets. The deal, completed by Cosegic (which is backed by MML Capital Partners), is part of a broader buy-and-build strategy to deepen specialist compliance services for clients operating in complex regulatory environments.

LaunchPad Home Group, a PE-backed residential inspection platform, acquired RJ Home Inspections, a market-leading home inspection business serving Greater Boston and New England. RJ owner Adam Wright will join LaunchPad as Regional Leader for the newly created Northeast division as LaunchPad expands its footprint with support from RFE Investment Partners.

Lexitas, a Houston-based provider of technology-enabled litigation services and a portfolio company of funds advised by Apax, has acquired DepoLink Court Reporting, a New Jersey–headquartered court reporting and litigation support firm. The add-on strengthens Lexitas's court reporting and litigation support capabilities and expands its national footprint in legal services.

iQor CXBPO (a Mill Point Capital portfolio company) has acquired OP360, a customer experience BPO provider, to expand iQor's global CX and back‑office delivery footprint and deepen its tech‑enabled service capabilities. OP360’s teams across the Philippines, Colombia, India, Trinidad, Egypt and the United States will be integrated into iQor to strengthen scale, talent and industry coverage across healthcare, financial services and digital commerce.
