iQor CXBPO (a Mill Point Capital portfolio company) has acquired OP360, a customer experience BPO provider, to expand iQor's global CX and back‑office delivery footprint and deepen its tech‑enabled service capabilities. OP360’s teams across the Philippines, Colombia, India, Trinidad, Egypt and the United States will be integrated into iQor to strengthen scale, talent and industry coverage across healthcare, financial services and digital commerce.
