InflowCX Acquires BPO Partners

InflowCX, a Renovus Capital Partners-backed provider of contact center advisory, consulting and managed services, has acquired Atlanta-based BPO Partners to expand its contact center consulting, outsourcing and technical services capabilities. The deal is an add-on to InflowCX's platform and is intended to accelerate the combined firm's ability to serve enterprise and mid-market clients with CX, contact center technology and outsourcing strategy services.
