Renovus Capital Partners has made a growth investment in Inflow Communications, a Portland, Oregon-based provider of strategic advisory, consulting and managed services for contact center (CCaaS), customer experience (CX) and unified communications (UCaaS) technologies. Inflow serves over 500 customers nationwide and will partner with Renovus to accelerate growth and pursue strategic initiatives; Inflow is the 15th platform company for Renovus' second fund.

The deal is an add-on to InflowCX's platform and is intended to accelerate the combined firm's ability to serve enterprise and mid-market clients with CX, contact center technology and outsourcing strategy services.

Gemspring Affiliate Acquires InflowCX and Combines It with Amplix

The transaction creates a larger technology advisory and CX services platform that expands Amplix’s customer experience, contact center, and managed services capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

InflowCX Acquires NetFore Systems

Volaris Group Acquires Infoview

Volaris Group Inc. has acquired Infoview, an Australian technology expense management and industry benchmarking provider founded in 1998. Infoview will maintain operational independence with Sue Colclough continuing as CEO while Volaris applies its buy-and-hold approach and operational support to accelerate growth.
