Tenet has acquired Pallet’s Transportation Management System (TMS) business and used the technology to launch a unified operating system for cartage, courier, and expedited carriers. Pallet shifted its focus to AI agents for logistics and divested the TMS business to Tenet, which will integrate dispatch, warehouse, driver app, invoicing and line-haul capabilities into its platform.

Assurant, Inc. has acquired RL Circular Operations (formerly TIC Reverse Logistics), the reverse logistics division of TIC Group, to expand its post-purchase and circular-economy capabilities across the Asia‑Pacific region. The deal brings regional returns management, device lifecycle and asset recovery operations in Australia and New Zealand into Assurant's Connected Living platform to strengthen APAC presence and sustainability-focused services.

Stord has closed its acquisition of Shipwire, a CEVA Logistics subsidiary, in a deal that adds 12 fulfillment locations, expands Stord's presence in the EU and U.K., and brings Shipwire's technology and AI-enabled capabilities into Stord's ecosystem. The transaction (closed Jan. 1) is intended to deepen Stord's software capabilities, accelerate AI initiatives, and strengthen access to CEVA's global logistics network; financial terms were not disclosed.
