Denver-based ReCircled, an industrial sustainability company, has acquired Circlarity, a digital sustainability intelligence platform that enables apparel and footwear brands to manage consumer return ("Take Back") programs. The acquisition integrates Circlarity's trackable, reportable returns technology into ReCircled's circular-economy infrastructure to expand ReCircled's capabilities serving brands and retailers worldwide.

CERTANIA Acquires RAS-SCI

Munich-based CERTANIA, a Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) group, has acquired RAS-SCI, a Bromley-headquartered provider of supply chain assurance and compliance solutions. The deal brings RAS-SCI's proprietary technology and 450+ auditor network into the CERTANIA platform to expand capabilities in retail and grocery supply-chain assurance and to accelerate growth into mainland Europe; RAS-SCI's founders and directors will remain involved in the business.

Assurant Acquires Remaining Stake in Olivar Co. Ltd.

Assurant has purchased the remaining shareholding in Olivar Co. Ltd., a South Korea–based provider of mobile device lifecycle management and asset disposition. The deal completes Assurant’s multi-year investment in Olivar and strengthens its Connected Living business by expanding device protection, lifecycle management and asset disposition capabilities in South Korea and the broader Asia Pacific region.

Radiant Logistics Acquires Select Logistics, Inc. and Select Cartage, Inc.

Radiant Logistics, a publicly traded third-party logistics provider based in Renton, Washington, has acquired Select Logistics, Inc. and Select Cartage, Inc., two Doral, Florida–based freight forwarding and cartage businesses that have operated under Radiant's Adcom Worldwide brand since 2007. The transaction includes earnout-based consideration and will see Select transition to the Radiant brand and combine with Radiant's existing South Florida operations, with Gabby Santos named General Manager and co-founder Hector Cavallo departing to pursue other interests.

Radiant Logistics Acquires Universal Logistics, Inc.

Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT) acquired the operations of Universal Logistics, Inc., a Texas-based freight forwarder with Houston operations that has operated under Radiant’s Airgroup brand since 2001. Universal specializes in time-sensitive domestic and international air and ocean freight for oilfield services and HVAC customers; its Houston operations will transition to the Radiant brand during 2025 as Radiant consolidates its presence in the market.

AOI Capital Leads Investor Group to Acquire RK Logistics Group

AOI Capital led a group of investors to acquire RK Logistics Group, a Silicon Valley third-party logistics provider offering warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment and supply chain management. The deal retains RK's existing management team while founder Rod Kalune has retired; AOI expects to expand its presence and capabilities in 3PL services.
