Radiant Logistics Acquires Select Logistics, Inc. and Select Cartage, Inc.

Radiant Logistics, a publicly traded third-party logistics provider based in Renton, Washington, has acquired Select Logistics, Inc. and Select Cartage, Inc., two Doral, Florida–based freight forwarding and cartage businesses that have operated under Radiant's Adcom Worldwide brand since 2007. The transaction includes earnout-based consideration and will see Select transition to the Radiant brand and combine with Radiant's existing South Florida operations, with Gabby Santos named General Manager and co-founder Hector Cavallo departing to pursue other interests.

The acquired businesses will transition to the Radiant brand and combine with Radiant's company-owned Philadelphia operations; a portion of the purchase price is contingent on future performance and Mike Boyce will serve as General Manager of the combined team.
