Radiant Logistics Acquires Select Logistics, Inc. and Select Cartage, Inc.

Radiant Logistics, a publicly traded third-party logistics provider based in Renton, Washington, has acquired Select Logistics, Inc. and Select Cartage, Inc., two Doral, Florida–based freight forwarding and cartage businesses that have operated under Radiant's Adcom Worldwide brand since 2007. The transaction includes earnout-based consideration and will see Select transition to the Radiant brand and combine with Radiant's existing South Florida operations, with Gabby Santos named General Manager and co-founder Hector Cavallo departing to pursue other interests.

(NYSE American: RLGT) acquired the operations of Universal Logistics, Inc., a Texas-based freight forwarder with Houston operations that has operated under Radiant’s Airgroup brand since 2001. Universal specializes in time-sensitive domestic and international air and ocean freight for oilfield services and HVAC customers; its Houston operations will transition to the Radiant brand during 2025 as Radiant consolidates its presence in the market.

(NYSE American: RLGT) has acquired USA Logistics Services, Inc. and USA Carrier Services, LLC, two Philadelphia-based freight forwarding and cartage operations that have operated as part of Radiant's Service By Air brand since 2014. The acquired businesses will transition to the Radiant brand and combine with Radiant's company-owned Philadelphia operations; a portion of the purchase price is contingent on future performance and Mike Boyce will serve as General Manager of the combined team.

(NYSE American: RLGT) acquired all outstanding stock of Navegate, Inc., a Mendota Heights, Minnesota-based technology-enabled logistics and supply chain management company, in a transaction that closed December 3, 2021. The deal (reported at $35 million) expands Radiant's international services footprint—including customs brokerage, ocean forwarding and drayage—and adds Navegate's cloud-based global trade management platform to Radiant's network.

The transaction will integrate Transcon's operations into Radiant's network (transitioning to the Radiant brand during 2025) and retains Transcon leadership in a network development role.

Radiant Logistics Acquires Seattle-based Cascade Transportation

Radiant Logistics (Radiant Global Logistics) has acquired Cascade Transportation, a Seattle-based non-asset third-party logistics provider. The deal — terms undisclosed — brings Cascade’s team and operations into Radiant’s network (Cascade will operate as Radiant Global Logistics) and expands Radiant’s presence in the retail, e-commerce, production furniture and tradeshow markets.
