Radiant Logistics Acquires Cascade Enterprises of Minnesota, Inc.

Radiant Logistics, Inc. acquired the operations of Cascade Enterprises of Minnesota, Inc., a Minneapolis-based operator that has run under Radiant's Airgroup brand since 2007. Cascade will operate under the Airgroup brand through 2022 and transition to the Radiant brand in early 2023 as its operations are combined with Radiant’s existing Minneapolis business, expanding Radiant’s local capabilities and access to its Navegate trade-management technology.

Radiant Logistics Acquires Transcon Shipping

Radiant Logistics, Inc. has acquired Transcon Shipping Co., Inc., a California-based ocean and air freight forwarder, to strengthen Radiant's international capabilities in key gateway markets. The transaction will integrate Transcon's operations into Radiant's network (transitioning to the Radiant brand during 2025) and retains Transcon leadership in a network development role.

Radiant Logistics Acquires TCB Transportation

Radiant Logistics, through its wholly owned subsidiary Radiant Road & Rail, acquired the assets and operations of TCB Transportation, a St. Louis-based intermodal marketing company specializing in 40- and 53-foot container movements across North America. The transaction is structured with a portion of the purchase price payable based on future performance; TCB will continue under founder Jerry Kausch, Jr.'s leadership and is expected to transition to the Radiant brand in 2025.

Radiant Logistics Acquires Select Logistics, Inc. and Select Cartage, Inc.

Radiant Logistics, a publicly traded third-party logistics provider based in Renton, Washington, has acquired Select Logistics, Inc. and Select Cartage, Inc., two Doral, Florida–based freight forwarding and cartage businesses that have operated under Radiant's Adcom Worldwide brand since 2007. The transaction includes earnout-based consideration and will see Select transition to the Radiant brand and combine with Radiant's existing South Florida operations, with Gabby Santos named General Manager and co-founder Hector Cavallo departing to pursue other interests.

Radiant Logistics Acquires USA Logistics Services, Inc. and USA Carrier Services, LLC

(NYSE American: RLGT) has acquired USA Logistics Services, Inc. and USA Carrier Services, LLC, two Philadelphia-based freight forwarding and cartage operations that have operated as part of Radiant's Service By Air brand since 2014. The acquired businesses will transition to the Radiant brand and combine with Radiant's company-owned Philadelphia operations; a portion of the purchase price is contingent on future performance and Mike Boyce will serve as General Manager of the combined team.

Radiant Logistics Acquires Operations of Daleray Corporation

Radiant Logistics, Inc. acquired the operations of Daleray Corporation, a Fort Lauderdale-based freight forwarder that has operated under Radiant's Distribution By Air brand since 2014. The deal will transition the business to operate as Radiant Global Logistics (RGL-FLL), anchoring Radiant's cruise logistics offerings in South Florida while retaining key personnel.
