Renaissance, a national network for independent insurance agencies, has acquired the agency network business of Insurance Services of the West, LLC (doing business as Insurance Agency Network or IAN), which represents more than 70 member agencies and $400 million in premium volume. The deal expands Renaissance's national footprint into 12 additional states and gives IAN members access to Renaissance's carrier/market access, placement services, technology platforms (including new AI tools), and enhanced profit-share opportunities.
