Kiely Family of Companies (KIELY) announced the acquisition of All Bright Electric, an electrical contracting company headquartered in West Nyack, New York. The deal expands KIELY’s portfolio into electrical contracting as part of its broader diversified energy services offering.

RectorSeal, a CSW Industrials (CSWI) business, announced the acquisition of PSP Products to expand its surge protection and HVAC electrical product portfolio. PSP Products, based in Manassas, Virginia, supplies surge protection and load management solutions for residential and commercial applications.

Madison River Capital completed a $190 million recapitalization of JDC Power Systems and made a $70 million equity investment in the company. JDC Power Systems is an electrical systems integrator serving the data center market and is headquartered in Armonk, New York.

CES Industrial, LLC, an industrial electrical installation and control panel manufacturing company, has been acquired by Chicago Switchboard, Inc. FOCUS Investment Banking advised CES Industrial and initiated the transaction, which is expected to expand both companies’ geographic reach and broaden product offerings from low- to high-voltage needs.

Orion Energy Systems, Inc. acquired Voltrek, LLC to expand into the electric vehicle (EV) charging station market. Voltrek provides turnkey commercial EV charging solutions—from planning and installation to ongoing maintenance and management—and will operate as an independent brand within Orion.

CAI Capital Partners acquired Midwestern Electric, an infrastructure services provider specializing in electrical work for traffic infrastructure in the U.S. Midwest. Midwestern Electric is headquartered in East Chicago, Indiana, and its leadership team retained a meaningful equity stake and will continue to run the business.

Loenbro LLC announced the acquisition of Switch Electric Inc., an electrical contractor focused on mission-critical data center construction and maintenance in Arizona. Switch Electric founder and CEO John Fleury will remain with the business as president of Loenbro’s Switch Electric subsidiary, leading Loenbro’s data center contracting operations nationally.

QualTek, LLC acquired Concurrent Group LLC, a Miami, Florida-based utility vendor providing construction, maintenance, and storm restoration services for electric utilities. The acquisition expands QualTek’s geographic footprint in the Southeast United States and adds capabilities in overhead and underground mid- and high-voltage electric installation and maintenance. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Mobile Communications America (MCA) announced the acquisition of Madel Enterprises, LLC, a full-service provider of security, audiovisual, and low-voltage electrical solutions headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. The deal expands MCA’s security portfolio and strengthens its security footprint in Virginia.

RESA Power, LLC acquired Crews Electrical Testing, Inc. to expand its NETA-accredited electrical testing capabilities in Florida and the broader Southeast region. Crews Electrical Testing, based in Jacksonville, provides predictive and preventative electrical testing and systems analysis for switchgear, transformers, and substations. RESA Power is a portfolio company of Blue Sea Capital.

HomeSquare, LLC has acquired Seaport Electric, Inc., an electrical services company based in Norwalk, Connecticut. Following the transaction, Seaport will operate as part of HomeSquare’s broader home services offerings, expanding its electrical services capabilities alongside its prior acquisition of Rowayton Electric. Seaport owner/operator Robert Ripley will join HomeSquare as a Senior Manager and co-Executive in Charge of HomeSquare’s electrical services business.

Main Street Capital Corporation, alongside a co-investor, completed a new portfolio investment to facilitate the recapitalization of Colonial Electric Company, LLC. Main Street funded $32.9 million through a mix of first-lien senior secured term debt and a direct equity investment, and also provided a revolving line of credit for working capital. Colonial is a family-owned electrical contracting services provider headquartered in Harwood, Maryland serving the mid-Atlantic United States.
