CoreX, a ServiceNow Elite consulting platform backed by NewSpring, has acquired InSource's ServiceNow business unit, with the transaction closing in late December 2025. The deal brings InSource's 1,500+ ServiceNow implementations and strong CSAT to CoreX, more than doubling CoreX's U.S. headcount and expanding delivery capacity and capabilities across North America and Latin America.
Apella Wealth announced that PBMares Wealth Management, the wealth management division of PBMares LLP based in Williamsburg, Virginia, has joined Apella, expanding the firm's Mid‑Atlantic presence. The deal closed December 31, 2025 and brings Apella closer to $10 billion in assets under management while adding advisory and CPA expertise to its platform.
Seacoast Service Partners, a platform formed by White Wolf Capital Group, acquired Cool By Design, a residential HVAC services provider in Broward County, Florida. The add-on bolsters Seacoast’s footprint in South Florida and expands its network of plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration service businesses.
Complete, a Charlotte-based MSP backed by private investment firm Heritage Holding, has acquired Columbia Advisory Group (CAG), a Dallas-based cybersecurity and GRC consulting firm. Exscape Group, a Cleveland-based landscape services platform backed by BHMS Investments, announced add-on acquisitions of three Columbus-area companies — WinnScapes, Pony Lawncare and Landscaping, and Shearer Patio & Landscape Services / Polaris Pools — to expand into the Columbus, Ohio market. Each founding owner will join Exscape Group as operating leaders, preserving continuity of teams and client relationships as part of the platform expansion.
O2 Investment Partners, through its pool-care platform Azureon, has made an investment in and partnered with Precision Pool & Spa, a Fairport, New York-based full-service pool maintenance and construction company. YA Group has acquired InQuis Global, a multi-service expert witness and litigation consulting firm, to expand its end-to-end litigation consulting and biomechanics/accident-reconstruction offering. The acquisition adds two facilities and 75 employees, expanding JohnsByrne’s West Coast footprint and strengthening its capabilities in the health & beauty and premium specialty packaging markets.
ProSites, a Rockbridge Growth Equity-backed platform, has acquired GeniusVets, a veterinary marketing and client-engagement platform. The acquisition folds GeniusVets into ProSites' LifeLearn brand to expand AI-enabled marketing, client communication, and education tools for veterinary practices nationwide.
Spark Dealer Group entered into a definitive agreement to acquire LSM Outdoor Power, a multi-location outdoor power equipment dealer with a strong presence across the Dallas-Fort Worth region and broader Texas market. EP Wealth Advisors has acquired Clearview Wealth Advisors, adding nearly $218 million in assets under management and bringing the father-and-son Clearview team into EP Wealth's Phoenix region. The Clearview advisors will integrate into EP Wealth's Phoenix advisory group to access expanded planning, tax and investment resources; financial terms were not disclosed.

The transactions establish Veridian as a DTC outdoor renovation platform to expand services, products and geographic footprint across the Sun Belt.
The Riverside Company-backed Vomela acquired Moss Inc., a global producer of premium event and retail graphics and complex structures, from investment funds managed by EagleTree Capital. The transaction merges Vomela’s Fusion events unit into Moss (to operate as Moss, A Vomela Company), expanding Vomela’s European footprint and creating a larger global experiential events production platform.
The Colt Group, a Houston-based online leak repair and line intervention operator backed by private equity firm Capstreet, has acquired Garrison Enterprise Inc., a Vineland, New Jersey provider of line intervention services with operations along the U.S. East Coast. The acquisition (terms not disclosed) expands Colt's line intervention capabilities and geographic reach across its service territories while retaining Garrison's leadership team for continuity.
Alpine Power Systems has acquired Chicago Industrial Battery, Inc., a Chicagoland provider of motive power batteries, chargers, rentals and services founded in 2010 by Mark Calderini. The purchase expands Alpine's PowerMAX used and rental motive power battery and charger offerings and broadens the company's geographic presence in the Chicago region; Calderini will remain actively involved in the business.
Trucordia, a top-20 U.S. insurance brokerage headquartered in Lindon, Utah, has acquired Global Financial & Insurance Services, an Irving, Texas-based insurance and financial services firm. The deal expands Trucordia's nationwide insurance platform, adding local presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and access to Global Financial's personal, commercial and specialty industry insurance capabilities.
Integrated Partners has added Morrison Nordmann Wealth Management, a Lansing/East Lansing, Michigan-based advisory firm bringing approximately $200 million in client assets onto its RIA platform.
