TerraCycle Commercial TM, a division of TerraCycle, Inc., acquired Connecticut-based NLR Inc., a universal regulated waste recycler. NWDLS provides environmental laboratory testing and analytical services for municipal utility districts, engineering firms, industrial customers, and government entities in Texas.

Held has acquired Clark Seif Clark (CSC), an environmental consulting firm focused on industrial hygiene, environmental engineering, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
