PharmaResearch, the South Korea-based regenerative medicine company behind REJURAN Cosmetics, signed an agreement to acquire Cosmetic Group USA (CG USA), a U.S. cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturer. The planned acquisition is intended to strengthen PharmaResearch’s North America localization strategy by adding local manufacturing capacity and improving supply chain efficiency, logistics, production, and distribution as REJURAN Cosmetics expands via Sephora and Amazon.
Standex International Corporation acquired the remaining 9.9% stake in India-based Narayan Powertech for approximately $64 million. The company said it will continue integrating Narayan and Standex Grid to build a stronger transformer platform with a broader global footprint and portfolio breadth.
Bank7 Corp. has entered into a definitive stock purchase agreement to acquire an approximately 71% controlling ownership interest in Century Financial Services Corporation, the Santa Fe, New Mexico-based bank holding company for Century Bank. The shares are being sold by a court-appointed receiver through a court-supervised sale process, with Bank7 acting as the stalking horse bidder. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter, subject to higher bids, regulatory approvals, and customary closing conditions.

Yara International ASA, through its U.S. subsidiary Yara North America, has reached an agreement to acquire Gulf Coast Ammonia’s ammonia production facility in Texas City, Texas, from GCA Holdings LLC for USD 1.3 billion. The plant (1.3 mtpa nameplate capacity) is currently in commissioning and is expected to ramp toward stable operations by the end of 2026. Air Products will supply industrial gases under a long-term agreement, and Yara will use its midstream ammonia platform to serve external customers and internal sourcing needs.
LY Corporation and Bain Capital have submitted a legally binding proposal to acquire all common shares of Kakaku.com and take the company private via a cash tender offer. The proposal values Kakaku.com at about $4.1 billion (JPY 3,384 per share), with a potential increase to JPY 3,500 per share if a non-tender agreement with KDDI is executed.

Harbour Group has acquired Symmons Industries and its connected entity, Symmons Connected. Terms were not disclosed. Symmons manufactures specification-grade plumbing products and also offers smart water management solutions through its Evolution AI-First software platform.
Headlands Research acquired Clinical Trials Research (CTR), a privately owned clinical research organization with sites in Sacramento and Lincoln, California. Havis announced it has acquired Pro-gard Products, a manufacturer of law enforcement vehicle protection and prisoner transport/partition solutions. The deal combines Pro-gard’s vehicle protection and transport expertise with Havis’ mounting, docking, consoles, power management, and mobility integration capabilities to create a more integrated end-to-end public safety vehicle platform.
Tilt, a cash-flow underwriting fintech, completed its acquisition of Blipay, a Brazilian salary-advance lender with millions of registered users. The deal gives Tilt immediate entry into Brazil’s large underserved consumer credit market and marks its fourth international expansion outside the United States.

McKim & Creed acquired Davis Martin Powell (DMP), a 46-person engineering and surveying firm with offices in High Point and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The deal was designed to strengthen McKim & Creed’s presence in the North Carolina Triad region and expand engineering and surveying resources for DMP’s long-standing clients; financial terms were not disclosed.
Broadview Group’s portfolio company, VMC Group, acquired Fabreeka Holdings (including Fabreeka Germany and Fabreeka US) and Tech Products for $92 million. Fabreeka and Tech Products add precision vibration isolation, shock control, thermal break capabilities, and complementary engineering/application expertise to expand VMC Group’s controlled environment solutions platform.
Geotab USA announced it has acquired Link Labs, a Maryland-based company specializing in IoT location and asset tracking technology. The acquisition expands Geotab’s connected-operations and asset-tracking portfolio with enterprise-grade small asset tracking for indoor and outdoor equipment, tools, cargo, and job-site/supply-chain assets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
CVC Capital Partners will acquire 100% of the share capital of Clevertech, an Italian industrial automation and packaging systems company. The Reggiani Family holding company REFA will reinvest as a minority shareholder alongside CVC, with Clevertech’s founder Giuseppe Reggiani continuing as Chairman and CEO. Completion is expected by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
