Lexitas Pharma Services (a QHP Capital portfolio company) acquired Erie Retina Research, along with CASExERIE and the assets of Element Erie: Imaging & Reading Center, to expand its retina-focused clinical research platform. Erie Retina Research will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Lexitas, CASExERIE will continue to operate within Erie Retina Research, and Element Erie’s imaging/reading capabilities will be integrated into Lexitas’ trial services.
Datavault AI and Wellgistics Health entered into a fully binding term sheet to form DelivMeds AI, a new healthcare-focused company with an expected approximate combined asset value of $4 billion. The deal expands the PharmacyChain license to Healthcare-as-a-Service (HaaS) IP, acquires the QOLPOM biometric health and drone logistics patent portfolio, and purchases a controlling stake in Tollo Health.
