El Paso-based Manufacturing Revitalization Corp. of America (MRCA) has acquired Technical Metals Inc., a Fairbury, Illinois-based metalworking and machining services provider. The deal brings Technical Metals' ~65 employees and 80,000-sq.-ft. facility into MRCA's aggregation strategy to preserve U.S. manufacturing capacity and expand legacy manufacturing capabilities.

UTAC, LLC Acquires USA Truck from DSV

DSV has sold 100% of USA Truck to UTAC, LLC, a private Arkansas-based entity formed by current and former USA Truck leaders including CEO George Henry, former CFO Zachary King and former CEO James Reed. The deal returns the 42-year-old carrier to U.S.-based ownership; financial terms were not disclosed and DSV said the sale positions USA Truck for future growth under local management.

Fultra Acquires East Manufacturing to Expand North American Trailer Footprint

Fultra, parent company of Fruehauf, has acquired East Manufacturing, a Randolph, Ohio-based maker of aluminum flatbed, drop deck, dump and refuse trailers. The acquisition expands Fultra's North American trailer footprint and combines East's dealer network and product capabilities with Fultra/Fruehauf's broader platform to serve commercial vehicle, construction, agricultural and refuse markets.

Reading Truck Group Acquires Mastercraft Truck Equipment

The Reading Truck Group, a business unit of J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc., has signed an agreement to acquire Colorado-based Mastercraft Truck Equipment, a two-location commercial truck and van upfitter. The deal expands Reading Truck's national footprint into the Denver metro area and increases its network to 24 Reading Truck locations; financial terms were not disclosed.

Thompson Fabrication LLC Acquires Midwest Dakota Dumpsters

Thompson Fabrication LLC, a PE-backed manufacturer and distributor of waste equipment containers, has acquired Midwest Dakota Dumpsters (MDD), a Castlewood, South Dakota-based maker of waste containers. The deal closed on October 1, 2025 and will integrate MDD's operations and facilities into Thompson's platform to expand its Midwest footprint and manufacturing capacity.

Accudynamics Acquires TAM Metal Products

Accudynamics, LLC — part of the Makers Forward family of companies — has acquired TAM Metal Products (aka TAM Precision, LLC), a Mahwah, New Jersey-based manufacturer of sheet metal enclosures, precision components and assemblies. The acquisition is an add-on to the Accudynamics Group intended to expand manufacturing capabilities, capacity and service offerings for aerospace, defense, medical and other commercial customers.
