Fultra, parent company of Fruehauf, has acquired East Manufacturing, a Randolph, Ohio-based maker of aluminum flatbed, drop deck, dump and refuse trailers. The acquisition expands Fultra's North American trailer footprint and combines East's dealer network and product capabilities with Fultra/Fruehauf's broader platform to serve commercial vehicle, construction, agricultural and refuse markets.
