ATL Partners acquired Precise Metal Products from affiliates of Staple Street Capital as the inaugural investment of its newly formed Precise Aerospace & Defense platform. Phoenix-based Precise Metal Products manufactures complex airflow-management components for aerospace, defense, and space applications, and will continue to be led by CEO Steve Bangerter and its existing leadership team.
