Salesforce to Acquire Loops

Salesforce signed a definitive agreement to acquire Loops, an AI-powered analytics platform that monitors business performance and identifies the causes of changes in key metrics. Salesforce plans to integrate Loops’ technology and talent into Tableau to advance its agentic analytics strategy; the transaction is expected to close in early November of Salesforce’s fiscal 2027 year, subject to customary closing conditions.
