AURELIUS Acquires Landis+Gyr’s EMEA Business

Landis+Gyr Group AG has completed the divestiture of its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business to AURELIUS. The deal closed with economic effect as of March 31, 2026 and transfers Landis+Gyr’s metering portfolio, related software and services, five production sites, and approximately 2,800 employees across the region.

AURELIUS Acquires Agfa Offset Solutions from Agfa‑Gevaert Group

AURELIUS has completed the acquisition of Agfa Offset Solutions, the Agfa‑Gevaert Group’s prepress division, in a carve‑out transaction. Agfa Offset Solutions is a leading global supplier of offset plates, graphic films, equipment, chemicals and prepress software (FY22 revenue ~€779m; ~1,700 employees) and will be developed by AURELIUS as a platform to drive innovation and industry consolidation.

Quebecor Sports and Entertainment Acquires Audiogram
