The deal is intended to expand Vero’s K-12 network and customer base by integrating Velocity Fiber’s compatible private fiber networks into Vero’s infrastructure without service disruption.
Shape Technologies Group announced the expansion of KMT Group to include Shape Waterblast Group (SWG) and its flagship brand Advanced Pressure Systems (APS), along with related SWG brands Aqua-Dyne and Riverstone Pressure Systems.
