Big Red M, a Falls Church-based association growth partner, has acquired ABWA Management, LLC, the management company that oversees the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA). The acquisition will position Big Red M to support ABWA’s operations, expand member services, and strengthen programming and chapter development to drive long-term sustainability.

CogentHub, a global business-technology and BPO provider, has acquired InfoSync Services from private equity firm Staple Street Capital. InfoSync provides outsourced accounting, finance and payroll services to multi-unit franchisees and franchisors (notably restaurants); CogentHub said the deal expands its back-office and outsourced service capabilities. Transaction terms were not disclosed.

Covisian Group has acquired Centrinex, a 600-employee contact center management company based in Lenexa, Kansas. The acquisition expands Covisian's U.S. footprint and brings Centrinex's agent base and contact-center capabilities into Covisian's GenAI-enabled Smile.CX CX platform.

Thomas Scientific completed the acquisition of Lenexa, Kansas-based Arrowhead Forensics on October 5, 2023. The deal expands Thomas Scientific’s product portfolio and Midwest distribution/kitting capabilities, and brings Arrowhead’s forensics expertise and customer relationships (particularly with law enforcement and government agencies) into Thomas’s offering.

OutSolve, a Riverside-backed employment compliance firm, has acquired the affirmative action line of business of The Austin Peters Group, Inc., expanding OutSolve’s OFCCP and affirmative action capabilities. The transaction is an add-on to OutSolve’s roll-up strategy and follows Riverside’s involvement to scale the platform’s services and customer acquisition.

Greybull Stewardship has completed a buyout of ProHome International, a Wichita-based provider of third-party quality assurance and warranty management for post-construction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Greybull said it will support ProHome's growth across the United States and internationally.
