Aprio announced its acquisition of Waldron H. Rand & Company, P.C., a Dedham, Massachusetts accounting firm with more than 110 years of history serving New England businesses and families. The combination took effect June 1, 2026 and adds expanded accounting, advisory, tax, wealth management, and legal capabilities to Aprio’s Greater Boston platform, including the Rand & Sweet client accounting services practice.
