UBT Bancshares to Acquire Bank of Commerce

UBT Bancshares, Inc., the parent company of United Bank & Trust, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding capital stock of Bank of Commerce from Southeast Bancshares, Inc. Immediately after closing, Bank of Commerce will merge into United Bank & Trust, which will continue as the surviving bank.
