Kustom Entertainment, Inc. entered into a definitive Unit Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of TFL, LLC (dba Tickets For Less). The transaction combines Kustom’s live music festival production platform with TFL’s wholesale ticketing distribution network and proprietary eCommerce/TFLConnect technology, and is expected to be immediately accretive to revenue, earnings, and adjusted EBITDA.
