AE Industrial Partners acquired Powder Alloy Corporation, a producer of highly engineered metallic, ceramic, and thermal spray powders used in mission-critical surface enhancement and joining applications. The acquisition establishes a new U.S.-based specialty materials platform for aerospace and industrial end markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
ATC Group, backed by AE Industrial Partners, acquired PAS MRO, a specialized bearing repair provider based in Bristow, Oklahoma. AE Industrial Partners has acquired Israeli spyware vendor Paragon, closing the deal on Dec. 13 for about $500 million with reports the transaction could be worth up to $900 million. AE plans to merge Paragon with Virginia-based cybersecurity firm Red Lattice; Paragon was founded in 2019 by former Israeli intelligence officers and has a U.S. subsidiary.
