United Building Solutions (UBS), backed by AE Industrial Partners, acquired DFW Mechanical Group, a commercial and industrial mechanical contractor serving customers across Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Florida. The deal is UBS’s second add-on acquisition since AE Industrial’s February 2025 investment and expands UBS’s footprint across the Southeast and South-Central United States.
