Northwinds Services Group has acquired Phoenix Mechanical, a Westchester County, New York-based HVAC and plumbing services company founded in 1996. Co-owners Doug Budney and Jonathan Nissman brought on a partner as Phoenix neared its 30th anniversary and to support succession plans.
