United Building Solutions (UBS) has acquired McCarl's Services Inc., a commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration (HVACR) specialist with a strong presence in western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. McCarl's will operate as a division of UBS under the continued leadership of its president, Mike McCarl, as UBS expands its national HVAC platform footprint.
