Terracon, an employee-owned engineering consulting firm headquartered in Olathe, Kansas, has acquired Harbor Environmental, Inc., a multi-disciplined environmental and engineering services firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Harbor's 38 employees will join Terracon as Harbor Environmental, A Terracon Company, expanding Terracon's capabilities and local presence in Arkansas.

Imperial Capital Makes Majority Investment in Integral Consulting Inc.

KC Harvey will retain its headquarters and management team while Dirk Applegate joins Bernhard as a Senior Advisor to oversee the new platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal brings KEI’s marine and freshwater expertise into Integral’s science and engineering platform to expand water and sediment quality assessment and monitoring capabilities for government and industry clients.

BBA Consultants Integrates Tierra Group International

BBA Consultants has entered a strategic agreement to integrate Tierra Group International, a specialist civil, geotechnical and water resources engineering firm focused on mining, into its operations. The deal adds about 50 Tierra Group experts and expands BBA's presence across North and South America, while Tierra Group gains access to BBA's network of roughly 1,600 professionals.
