(PSI), a Worden, Montana-based specialist in on-line leak repair, hot tapping, line stopping and field machining, expanding Colt's footprint across the Rocky Mountain region. Terms were not disclosed; NXT Capital provided financing in support of Capstreet's add-on acquisition and refinancing of The Colt Group.

MAI Capital Management Acquires Garrison Asset Management

MAI Capital Management, a registered investment adviser, has acquired Garrison Asset Management, a Fayetteville, Arkansas-based wealth advisory firm with $317 million in client assets under management as of September 30, 2024. Garrison will adopt the MAI brand and integrate MAI’s internal infrastructure (HR, operations, marketing), with Kerry Bradley and James Bell joining MAI as senior portfolio managers; terms were not disclosed.

Everfox Acquires Garrison Technology Ltd

Everfox (formerly Forcepoint Federal), a TPG-backed high-assurance cybersecurity company, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire London-based Garrison Technology Ltd, a developer of hardware-enforced security and browser isolation solutions. The acquisition (subject to regulatory review) adds Garrison's hardsec hardware and software capabilities to Everfox's cross-domain, threat protection and insider risk offerings, expanding its defense-grade cybersecurity portfolio for government, critical infrastructure and enterprise customers.

The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands Colt’s Midwest footprint and adds RJ Stacey’s hot tap/line stop capabilities to Colt’s service offering; RJ Stacey founder and CEO Ryan Stacey will remain with the company.

Revolution Capital Group Acquires Contec LLC from Garrison Investment Group

Revolution Capital Group, a Boston-based private investment firm, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Contec LLC, a Schenectady, New York-based provider of forward and reverse logistics plus testing, repair and refurbishment services, from Garrison Investment Group. Financial terms were not disclosed; Garrison had owned Contec since 2012 and Revolution said it will support Contec's future growth under new ownership.
