TPG Acquires Forcepoint Global Governments and Critical Infrastructure (G2CI) Business

TPG, through its TPG Capital private equity platform, acquired Forcepoint's Global Governments and Critical Infrastructure (G2CI) cybersecurity business and established it as an independent company focused on defense, intelligence and critical infrastructure customers. The transaction separates Forcepoint's Commercial and G2CI businesses; Francisco Partners will retain a minority stake in the newly independent G2CI business and Sean Berg was named CEO with Peter Leav joining as Executive Chairman.

Framatome Acquires FoxGuard Solutions

Framatome has acquired FoxGuard Solutions, a U.S.-based provider of industrial cybersecurity, computing and regulatory compliance solutions headquartered in Christiansburg, Virginia. FoxGuard will become Framatome's center of expertise for cybersecurity in North America, expanding Framatome's consulting, implementation and managed cybersecurity offerings for the energy and critical infrastructure sectors.

Everfox Acquires Yakabod, Inc to Enhance Insider Risk Case Management

The deal integrates Yakabod's enterprise case management capabilities into Everfox's EverShield insider risk platform to expand the company's governance and secure case management functionality for government and enterprise customers.

Forcepoint Acquires Deep Secure

The Colt Group Acquires Garrison Enterprise Inc.

The Colt Group, a Houston-based online leak repair and line intervention operator backed by private equity firm Capstreet, has acquired Garrison Enterprise Inc., a Vineland, New Jersey provider of line intervention services with operations along the U.S. East Coast. The acquisition (terms not disclosed) expands Colt's line intervention capabilities and geographic reach across its service territories while retaining Garrison's leadership team for continuity.
