Haveli Investments Acquires ZeroFox

Haveli Investments, a technology-focused private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of ZeroFox for approximately $350 million, taking the company private at $1.14 per share. ZeroFox will be delisted from Nasdaq and will receive strategic support and capital from Haveli to accelerate product innovation, expand into new markets, and grow customer acquisition for its external cybersecurity platform.

The acquisition (subject to regulatory review) adds Garrison's hardsec hardware and software capabilities to Everfox's cross-domain, threat protection and insider risk offerings, expanding its defense-grade cybersecurity portfolio for government, critical infrastructure and enterprise customers.
