ZeroFox (Nasdaq: ZFOX) has acquired LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, a leader in external attack surface management and threat intelligence, to broaden its external cybersecurity platform. The deal (announced April 17, 2023 and completed April 24, 2023) strengthens ZeroFox’s attack surface management and global threat intelligence capabilities and will integrate LookingGlass leadership into the ZeroFox executive team.

As part of the transaction, Next5 founder Bryan Ware will become CEO of LookingGlass, and the deal is intended to deepen LookingGlass's strategic advisory capabilities and broaden its public- and private-sector engagement.

Nominet Acquires CyGlass

Nominet has acquired US-based cyber security company CyGlass and announced a separate £4m programme to upgrade its registry security and customer-facing systems. The acquisition brings CyGlass’ cloud-based Network Defence as a Service (NDaaS) capability into Nominet’s cyber portfolio, supporting expanded threat detection offerings for SMEs, enterprises and critical infrastructure clients.

WatchGuard Acquires CyGlass Technology Services

CloudWave Acquires Sensato Cybersecurity

Inwave Acquires Swedish Gateway

Brazilian retail tech company Inwave has acquired Swedish Gateway, a provider of electronic article surveillance (EAS) solutions, to accelerate its expansion into Europe and integrate Gateway's technology with Inwave's AIoT Darwin platform. The deal preserves Gateway's local Swedish team and includes participation from Danish fund DSG to support the group's international growth.
