Azureon (O2 Investment Partners) Acquires Stake in Northern Pool & Spa

O2 Investment Partners, through its pool-care platform Azureon, has made an investment in and partnered with Northern Pool & Spa, a full-service pool maintenance and construction company based in Eliot, Maine. The deal — an add-on to Azureon's platform expansion across the Northeast — will keep Northern management with significant ownership while giving the business access to Azureon's operational support, resources and technology.

The deal (financed in part by PennantPark Investment Advisors) combines maintenance, repair, renovation, and design/build capabilities under a centralized leadership team while member companies and their management teams retain significant ownership.

Capital Construction, headquartered in Burnsville, Minnesota, provides roof replacement and exterior restoration services to single-family and multi-family residential customers and will work with O2 to scale operations and pursue strategic M&A and geographic expansion.
