HelpSystems (Fortra) Acquires Beyond Security

HelpSystems (now Fortra) acquired Beyond Security, a provider of cloud-based vulnerability assessment and management software, to expand its infrastructure protection and cybersecurity portfolio. The acquisition brings Beyond Security's vulnerability detection capabilities into HelpSystems' existing security suite (including Digital Defense, Core Security, and Cobalt Strike) to enhance capability across networks, applications, endpoints and cloud environments.

BV Investment Partners Acquires Majority Stake in CyberSheath from Lightview Capital

iNovex Acquires Secure Innovations
