Entegra Attachments Acquires Hercules Machinery and Titan Metal Worx

Entegra Attachments, a holding company for equipment-attachment manufacturers, acquired Hercules Machinery Corporation (HMC) and sister machining provider Titan Metal Worx. The transactions were supported by follow-on and mezzanine equity/debt from Entegra's investors including Capital For Business, First Capital Partners, UMB Capital Corporation, B12 Capital Partners and Entegra CEO Michael Flannery to expand production and product capabilities across Entegra's platform.

B&D Industrial Acquires American Gear & Engineering (Including Tech Tool Company)

B&D Industrial, an independent industrial distributor and service provider headquartered in Macon, Georgia, has acquired American Gear & Engineering, Inc., a gear manufacturer based in Westland, Michigan. The acquisition also includes Tech Tool Company, Inc., a complementary gear rack manufacturer, strengthening B&D Industrial's vertical integration and manufacturing capabilities.

Consolidated Equipment Group Acquires Agile Manufacturing Group

Consolidated Equipment Group (CEG), a portfolio company of Dominus Capital, has acquired Agile Manufacturing Group, LLC, a Granite, Iowa-based maker of agricultural, industrial and construction attachments marketed under the GrabTec and Miller Loader brands. The deal is an add-on to CEG's platform to broaden its product suite and expand into adjacent material-handling end markets; Agile founder Mike Feilmeier will remain in leadership as Vice President of Agile Products.

Fecon LLC Acquires TREEfrogg LLC

Fecon LLC has acquired TREEfrogg LLC, a Lebanon, Ohio-based manufacturer of tree-trimming saw attachments for skid steers and compact track loaders. The acquisition expands Fecon's right-of-way clearing and vegetation-management product offerings — Fecon will rebrand TREEfrogg saw attachments as Trim Ex and integrate the product line into its dealer/distributor network.

NDT Global Acquires Entegra

NDT Global has acquired Entegra, a specialist in Ultra-High-Resolution Magnetic Flux Leakage (UHR MFL) in-line inspection services, combining complementary inspection technologies to expand capabilities in the gas and oil pipeline integrity market. The deal was completed with continued support from majority shareholder Novacap and investor La Caisse (CDPQ); Entegra was previously owned by Amberjack Capital Partners and company founders, and Entegra founders/key management will remain shareholders of the combined business.

Central Garden & Pet Acquires Leading Edge Associates / Leading Edge Aero Technologies

The purchase brings drone hardware and precision-application software capabilities into Central’s pet and garden portfolio to support mosquito/vector control, weed control and precision farming solutions.
