Cadence Aerospace (Arlington Capital) Acquires B&E OEM Manufacturing Division

Cadence Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired the OEM Manufacturing Division of B&E Group, adding two Massachusetts facilities (Southwick and Westfield) that specialize in complex, difficult-to-machine engine components for aerospace and defense customers. The deal expands Cadence's engine-component capabilities and creates scale across its Tell Tool and ADM operations as an add-on to the Cadence platform.

B&D Fabricators (Entegra Attachments) Acquires Leading Edge Attachments Inc.

B&D Fabricators, an Entegra Attachments company, has acquired Leading Edge Attachments Inc., a Hubbardston, Massachusetts maker of patented frost and rock ripping buckets and other heavy equipment attachments. Leading Edge will operate under B&D Attachments LLC and the acquisition expands Entegra's heavy attachments platform by adding specialized products and engineering expertise to B&D's design library.

George Industries Combines with Alexander Machine & Tool Company (AM&T)

The transaction (terms not disclosed) brings AM&T’s precision machining, brazing and thermal-management capabilities into the George Industries platform as Behrman Capital invests additional equity; AM&T’s president Tammy Soper will continue to lead the business post-transaction.

StenTech Acquires Advanced Tooling Design (ATD)
