Solve Industrial Motion Group Acquires MasterDrive

Solve Industrial Motion Group, a Charlotte-based manufacturer and distributor of bearings and power-transmission components and a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, acquired MasterDrive, Inc., a supplier and manufacturer of sheaves, belts, timing pulleys and couplings based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. The add-on expands Solve's product offering and stocking footprint in power transmission drive components, combining MasterDrive's ~9,000 SKUs and 12 stocking locations with Solve's broader distribution network and product catalog.
