Solve Industrial Motion Group has acquired Power Rite Products, a supplier of chain, sprockets, bearings and other power transmission components, to expand its product offerings and better serve OEM and distribution customers. Solve, a Charlotte-based industrial solutions provider formed in 2020, said Power Rite's expertise in chain and customer relationships will integrate into its broader engineered bearings and power transmission platform.
