Cadence Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Premier Processing, a Wichita-based provider of surface finishing and special processing for aerospace and defense customers. The add-on acquisition expands Cadence's specialty processing capabilities and will leverage Premier's facility and management team to support broader Cadence operations and customer base.

Arlington Capital Forms Kinetic Engine Systems via Acquisitions of Walbar, Numet and AeroCision

Arlington Capital Partners formed a new platform, Kinetic Engine Systems, by combining the engine assets of its portfolio company Cadence Aerospace with the newly completed acquisitions of Walbar Engine Components, Numet Machining Techniques and AeroCision. The platform will manufacture precision aero-engine components across six centers of excellence located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Arizona and Mexico to serve OEMs and aftermarket customers in commercial and defense aerospace.
