Capital For Business (CFB) led an investment in Entegra Attachments, LLC to acquire Bloom Manufacturing, Inc., a 110-year-old manufacturer of worm-drive and planetary winch systems and speed reducers. CFB partnered with B12 Capital Partners, UMB Capital Corporation and Entegra CEO Michael P. Flannery to complete the transaction as the first cornerstone of Entegra’s platform strategy.

B&D Fabricators (Entegra Attachments) Acquires Leading Edge Attachments Inc.

B&D Fabricators, an Entegra Attachments company, has acquired Leading Edge Attachments Inc., a Hubbardston, Massachusetts maker of patented frost and rock ripping buckets and other heavy equipment attachments. Leading Edge will operate under B&D Attachments LLC and the acquisition expands Entegra's heavy attachments platform by adding specialized products and engineering expertise to B&D's design library.

ArtiFlex Manufacturing Acquires Hercules Machine Tool & Die

ArtiFlex Manufacturing, LLC has completed the acquisition of Hercules Machine Tool & Die, LLC (a subsidiary of Enprotech / ITOCHU Corporation). Hercules will continue operating from its Warren and Fraser, Michigan locations and will become a wholly‑owned subsidiary of ArtiFlex, expanding ArtiFlex’s tooling, automation and low‑volume manufacturing capabilities for automotive OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers. Angle Advisors acted as exclusive M&A advisor to ITOCHU Corporation on the transaction.

NDT Global Acquires Entegra

NDT Global has acquired Entegra, a specialist in Ultra-High-Resolution Magnetic Flux Leakage (UHR MFL) in-line inspection services, combining complementary inspection technologies to expand capabilities in the gas and oil pipeline integrity market. The deal was completed with continued support from majority shareholder Novacap and investor La Caisse (CDPQ); Entegra was previously owned by Amberjack Capital Partners and company founders, and Entegra founders/key management will remain shareholders of the combined business.

Afinitas Acquires Concrete Equipment Assets of Elk River Machine Company (ERMC)

Afinitas has acquired the concrete machinery and forming systems assets and related intellectual property of Elk River Machine Company (ERMC) from ERMC parent Hutchinson Manufacturing, LLC. The deal brings ERMC product lines (wire mesh benders, rollers, cage expanders, wetcast/drycast forms and retaining wall systems) and design talent into the Afinitas platform to expand its concrete equipment and forming systems offering.

The acquisition expands Worthington Enterprises’ building systems and components portfolio and is intended to accelerate Elgen’s ability to serve customers and support growth initiatives launched under MFG’s ownership.
