Park Systems Corp. has completed its acquisition of Rocky Mountain Nanotechnology LLC (RMN), a Salt Lake City, Utah-based manufacturer of ultra-high-purity solid platinum and platinum-iridium AFM probes. The deal marks Park Systems’ first entry into probe manufacturing and is intended to secure the supply chain for AFM-based nanoprobing and electrical measurement solutions.
Carson Group, a wealth advisory firm, acquired the Carson Wealth practice based in Murray, Utah, led by Managing Partner and Wealth Advisor Thom Hall. The team manages approximately $160 million in AUM and will integrate as Carson Group’s 43rd integrated office.

The deal expands EIS’s Mountain Region and strengthens its demolition capabilities, particularly in interior and selective demolition, alongside EIS’s existing environmental and infrastructure services.
Energy Capital Partners (ECP) announced a definitive agreement to acquire EnergySolutions, a nuclear lifecycle services provider, from TriArtisan Capital Advisors. The deal is expected to close in 2026 and is subject to customary regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed in the main announcement.

Green Courte Partners, through Green Courte Real Estate Partners IV, acquired Park n' Jet, a near-airport parking operator serving Salt Lake City International Airport. Park n' Jet was previously leased and operated from an adjacent site owned by the fund, and Green Courte plans to consolidate the two neighboring parking properties into an integrated facility with approximately 4,400 spaces across more than 40 acres.
Solen Software Group acquired Trackit LLC, a provider of transit-specific cloud-based SaaS that helps public transportation agencies manage safety and compliance while enabling cross-department collaboration. The transaction closed in February 2026, and Trackit Transit will continue operating with autonomy under Solen’s long-term ownership model.

The Riverside Company has made a growth investment in Western Botanicals, a Spanish Fork, Utah-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) of vitamins, minerals and supplements. Accela, a cloud software provider for state and local governments, acquired Novotx to expand its platform roadmap to cover the full lifecycle of public infrastructure—from planning and permitting through operations, maintenance, and long-term asset stewardship. The deal integrates Novotx’s GIS-native asset and work management capabilities (including utilities, service requests, work orders, inspections, and field operations) into the Accela Civic Platform to reduce fragmented workflows and improve long-term visibility and planning for agencies.
MasterCraft Boat Holdings entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Marine Products Corporation for approximately $232.2 million in a cash-and-stock transaction (net of acquired cash). The deal combines MasterCraft with Marine Products’ Chaparral and Robalo brands and is expected to close in the second calendar quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions and shareholder approvals.
My Salon Suite announced the acquisition and conversion of two independent salons in South Jordan and Draper, Utah into My Salon Suite franchise locations. Acme United Corporation has acquired the assets of SLED Distribution, LLC, which does business as My Medic, for $18.7 million. My Medic, a North Salt Lake, Utah-based direct-to-consumer supplier of tactical, trauma, and emergency response products with roughly $19 million in 2025 revenue and about 40 employees, will continue operating in Utah as Acme expands its product offerings and distribution in the U.S. and Canada.
Vensure Employer Solutions acquired Distro, an AI-powered recruiting platform based in Lehi, Utah, adding AI screening, résumé vetting, job matching and a 1.9 million-candidate network to its HR technology portfolio. The acquisition expands Vensure's recruiting automation capabilities and integrates Distro's AI-driven talent marketplace into Vensure's suite of employer-of-record and managed HR services.
Zelis, a Boston-based healthcare payments technology company, has acquired Rivet, an AI-enabled revenue cycle analytics provider. The acquisition brings Rivet's analytics and dashboards into Zelis' platform to improve claims payment transparency, reduce denials and administrative burden for providers, and enhance payer-provider collaboration.
Landmark Aquatic has acquired CEM Aquatics, a Salt Lake City–based commercial aquatics design, build, renovation, and maintenance firm with more than four decades of experience. HGGC has sold its remaining stake and exited the business after an eight-year partnership; the new investors committed a financial reserve to support near-term acquisitions to expand Better Being's brand portfolio and global reach. Better Being, a vertically integrated manufacturer and marketer of dietary supplements and personal care brands (including Solaray and Zhou Nutrition), is headquartered in Utah and employs nearly one thousand people.
