Digi International Acquires Jolt Software

Digi International acquired Jolt Software for approximately $145.5 million in cash and will integrate Jolt into its SmartSense business to advance operational intelligence and compliance automation across foodservice, grocery, convenience and healthcare verticals. Jolt generated over $20 million in ARR and the acquisition is expected to accelerate ARR growth, deliver roughly $11 million of annualized adjusted EBITDA synergies by end of 2026, and be immediately accretive to adjusted EPS.
