Synopsys, Inc. acquired Code Dx, an application security risk management vendor based in Northport, New York, to extend Synopsys' application security portfolio and provide consolidated vulnerability aggregation, correlation, and prioritization across multiple testing tools. The deal adds Code Dx's R&D team and technology into Synopsys' Software Integrity Group to improve risk reporting and DevSecOps orchestration.

ClickHouse Acquires HyperDX

HyperDX’s open-source project and cloud offering will continue, while ClickHouse will integrate HyperDX features to provide a comprehensive observability solution powered by ClickHouse’s analytics performance.

DHI Group Acquires AgileATS

(NYSE: DHX) has acquired AgileATS, an applicant tracking system purpose-built for government contractors and employers hiring security-cleared professionals, for an estimated $2.0 million (up-front $1.5M plus $0.5M contingent on performance). The acquisition integrates AgileATS into DHI's ClearanceJobs brand to deliver an end-to-end, AI-powered recruiting solution and expand the company's addressable market in the GovTech/cleared talent space.

Talos Acquires D3X Systems

Daxtra Acquires PivotCX

Daxtra, the UK-based provider of AI-enriched recruitment software, has acquired PivotCX, an Indianapolis-based talent acquisition communications hub. The acquisition (closed April 24, 2024) will fold PivotCX’s communications capabilities into the Daxtra product suite to improve candidate engagement and conversion; terms were not disclosed.
